This Privacy Policy explains how Burrows Life Science Associates, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit this website, submit and inquiry, or use the appointment-scheduling link. It does not cover information processing during consulting engagements.
1. Information Collected
Contact Forms
The website contact form requests your name, email address, and inquiry topic. Submissions are sent to our business email through WPForms Lite rather than saved as form entries in the website’s WordPress database. WPForms Lite’s optional cloud entry-backup feature is turned off.
Appointment Scheduling
The website links to a separate Calendly scheduling page. If you book an appointment, Calendly requests your name, email address, inquiry topic, and appointment details. Bookings are synchronized with out connected Google Calendar, and related email notifications are delivered to our business inbox.
Both forms ask: “Please don’t include confidential, proprietary, or patient-identifiable information.” They are intended for initial business inquiries and appointment scheduling.
Website Usage and Technical Information
The website uses Burst Statistics in cookieless/private mode to understand website usage. It does not set analytics cookies or use device fingerprinting. Analytics data are stored within the website’s HostGator hosting environment.
HostGator separately processed technical logs for website operation and security. These may include IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages, and browser or device information.
2. How Information Is Used

We do not automatically delete these records after a fixed period. Hosting logs and other records maintained by service providers are subject to those providers’ retention practices.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure.
